If you had a fire in your home, especially at night, would you be trying to climb out of an upstairs window with children in arms? Whenever you hear tragic stories of house fires you never think it will never happen to you. Let's hope it never does. But why risk it? As soon as we saw this escape ladder we bought one for our home. It sits out of sight under our bed, but we always know it is there and can be extended out of a window if the stairs are not available as a means of escape. A potential life-saver and worth every penny.
