We will reserve your goods as soon as your order is received, but cannot despatch your order until your cheque has cleared. This usually takes 7 working days.
Returns Policy
You can return an unused product to us within 30 days for a full refund provided it is in reasonable condition.
We have an ‘open’ returns policy for faulty products, and will endeavour to replace or exchange any items that have become defective within a reasonable period.

To ensure that you recieve any of the special offers you may be entitled to and to help us keep your details up to date, we ask you to enter your promotion code in the box 'Promo code' in the basket.
