Q. Does the Baby-Gift™ list service cost any money for me to set up?

A. No, it is a free service. We look forward to saving the list holder some money!

Q. Can I have my chosen gift items gift wrapped?

A. Yes. Once you have added the items to your shopping basket, click on the gift-wrap option and check out in the normal way. Gift wrapping costs an extra £4.00 per item.

Q. What happens if the baby is born earlier or later than the Baby Due Date shown on the list details?

A. If the baby is born before the Due Date. Then the list creator can change the dates to the actual birth date.

Q. What name do I use for my list?

A. There are two places to choose a name. First, we recommend you use your name to register with the website. For example this could be the Mother’s first and last name.

Second, you can choose any name you like for the list name. Our website automatically takes your surname and places it in the name field, however you can change to any name you like. For example, instead of a surname, like ‘Holmes’, you may want to change it to: ‘Holmes Baby’

Q. Can work colleagues ‘club together’ online to buy a more expensive item on a list?

A. Unfortunately no, only one payment method can be used per order, so if you want to do this you will need to organise the rest offline

Q. What happens if something goes wrong with my pregnancy?

A. If you need to withdraw your list at any time, just log-in, view your list and click on ‘Delete’. If you need help, please call our Baby-Gift™ team on 0870 8500 023 and we will help all we can.

Q. What happens if I want more ‘Bump Cards’ to give out to my friends?

A. We send you out 20 cards when you first set up your list. Your friends and family do not necessarily need the cards to buy an item off your list. For example, you could email then with the list name and number and a link to our site. However, if you require more cards, either email us on info@bumpto3.com or call on 0870 8500 023 – please remember to include your name, your list name and number.

Q. Can I use the Baby-Gift™ list service for other events, such as a Christening or First Birthday?

A. Absolutely! You can use the list for any special event. There are a whole host of products that would make ideal gifts which cover all sorts of events, so browse around and forward plan.
