At the Gro Company we are always looking for ways to make our Grobag Baby Sleep Bags even better. Based on research with parents, we invented the zip-click™ feature on 18-36 month Grobags, which stops adventurous little ones from opening the zip. This has proved so popular that it has now been introduced on all sizes. We only use YKK zips & poppers which are recognised as the safest in the world. Composition

All Grobag Baby Sleep Bags have 100% cotton lining to go next to your baby’sMost now have our new super-soft 100% cotton jersey lining. Almost all our designs also have 100% pure cotton outer fabric.
Our range of 2.5 tog Grobags have a soft polyester filling. This is lightweight, quick to dry  and naturally fire retardant so there are no nasty chemicals near to your baby.

Our range of 1.0 and 0.5  tog Grobags are 100% pure cotton throughout.

All our Grobags have only the market leading YKK zips and poppers which are recognised as the safest brand worldwide.

Safety Information

Using your Grobag safely and correctly:

• Use your Grobag instead of blankets and sheets
• Never use your Grobag with a duvet or quilt
• Check that your baby's head cannot pass through the neck hole when your Grobag is fastened for use
• Adjust nightwear according to room temperature (you will soon discover the best combination of nightclothes and Grobag for your baby's bedroom). See our “what to wear page” for more information
• Keep Grobag Baby Sleep Bags away from fire
• If your baby shares your bed, make sure they are only in a Grobag and not under your own bedding as well
• Remember to check on your baby regularly
• Placing your fingers on your baby’s chest is the best indicator of whether they are too hot or too cold.

Washing Information

Grobag Baby Sleep Bags can be washed at 40°C and tumble dried on a low heat setting. As with all cotton goods, we have designed our Grobags to allow for up to 5% shrinkage. If your child has any allergies and you wish to wash clothes and bedding at 60°C, you should allow for a little more shrinkage.

Think environment: if its not dirty wash at 30°C.

To ensure the long life of your Grobag please keep the zip closed throughout washing, tumble drying and ironing. Place a cloth over the zip when ironing. and iron on a cool setting.

Wash dark colours separately and even with the lighter designs, it is best to avoid using detergents that contain bleaching agents in order to retain the original colours.

Experience has told us that it is usually best to buy 2 Grobags– one to wear and one for the wash! And don’t forget – we offer a 10% discount when you buy any two “Gro” items at the same time.
